Refund policy

At AmineCell, all our products are carefully inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure they are in proper working condition. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing shop.aminecell@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide further instructions. Do not return any items without prior approval — returns sent without our confirmation will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to inspect any reported issue and determine if a refund, exchange, or replacement is applicable. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Because we test all items before shipping, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with product appearance.
We also do not accept returns for:

  • Used or handled items

  • Items with removed packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is deemed defective upon delivery and cannot be replaced. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
