1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be the age of majority in your country or region to access our Services, or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and purchase information and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings. While certain out-of-stock items may still appear on our website for reference, they are clearly marked as “Out of Stock” and cannot be added to your cart. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time, both online and in-store.

3. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice, regardless of your location or the currency of your payment method.

Any conversion fees or currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your payment provider or bank.

Prices online may differ from those in our physical store. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties.

By submitting payment, you represent that the payment information is accurate, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Ownership of products transfers to you once handed over to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At AmineCell, all products are tested and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect working condition. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at shop.aminecell@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence of the defect.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before issuing any replacement or refund. Items found to be damaged due to misuse or accidental damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and branding materials—including logos, product images, descriptions, graphics, and designs—are owned or licensed by AmineCell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our website may include tools, materials, or links provided by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, brand logos, product images, and descriptions sourced from the manufacturers or official distributors of the products we sell.

Our website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. While your transactions are with AmineCell, Shopify may process certain personal data. See their Private Policy for more details.
